New Delhi: Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) has officially commenced the admission process for 49 distance and online learning courses for the 2026–27 academic session. Offered by its Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE), these programmes cater to students across Open and Distance Learning (ODL) and Online Learning (OL) modes.

Prospective students can submit their applications online through the official portal, admission.jmi.ac.in, until August 10, 2026.

New Programmes Introduced

This year, the CDOE has expanded its repertoire by introducing two new online courses: a Bachelor of Science (Biosciences) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Selection for these newly launched online offerings will be based on performance in the last qualifying examination alongside an interview.

Selection Procedure and Schedule

While most diploma, undergraduate, and postgraduate admissions will be decided merit-wise based on qualifying marks, an entrance examination will be conducted for the MBA (ODL) and BEd programmes.
