New Delhi: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has announced nine one-year master’s degree programmes for students who have completed a four-year undergraduate programme (FYUP). The new postgraduate programmes are aimed at providing eligible graduates with an accelerated route to higher education and are aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.

The university announced the programmes through its official social media channels on August 13. The initiative is part of IGNOU’s expansion of programmes under the FYUP structure and the broader implementation of the UGC’s Curriculum and Credit Framework.

Who Can Apply For IGNOU’s One-Year Master’s Programmes?

The programmes are aimed at graduates of the Four-Year Undergraduate Programme.
